are as given below.

1. Customers who are looking to stay for long duration can avail discounts on the above quoted tariff. Kindly inquire at the reception or call us.
2. All our serviced apartments come with Air Conditioning.
3. 8% Luxury tax + 5.5 % Service Tax is applicable. (Total Tax = 13.5%)
4. All extra persons will be charged at Rs 300 per day.
5. Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
6. Payment Modes Accepted : Credit Card/ Cash/ Cheque/ Bank Transfers.
7. The dollar rates are approximate and US dollar conversion rate has been done at US$ 1 = Rs 50.
